When will we receive the gift voucher?

After completing your order and subsequent payment, we will send you a GIFT VOUCHER in digital format to your e-mail, which is intended for printing. The size of the voucher is 210x99 mm (standard rectangular envelope).

Which products can you use the gift voucher for?

The gift voucher can be used across our entire range — from EXTERIOR ACCESSORIES, CAR CARE PRODUCTS, all the way to EXHAUST TIPS.

What is the validity of the vouchers?

Each gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

How does redeeming a voucher work?

Every voucher has its own code, which the recipient enters into the "I have a discount coupon" field, located in the first step of the cart. They then click the apply button and the discount is subsequently deducted.

Note: In a single order, only one code can be applied to the discount coupon field. If the recipient has multiple gift vouchers, it is necessary to list the codes in the order note in the last step of the cart.

Voucher redemption terms and conditions:

• The voucher is issued by the e-shop NEUPARTS.CZ.
• The voucher can be redeemed ONLY at the e-shop www.neuparts.cz.
• The voucher may be redeemed by the holder of the unique code.
• The voucher can be used to purchase any goods at the e-shop www.neuparts.cz
• The voucher can be redeemed only once.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No cash refund of the price difference is possible if the customer selects a product at a lower price than the value stated on the voucher.
• The amount stated on the voucher does not accrue interest.
• Vouchers cannot be split into smaller amounts.
