Dry carbon parts are manufactured from carbon fibre on both the outer and inner sides — exclusively from carbon fibres. Unlike other types of aftermarket carbon parts, they do not contain added fibreglass, which is used on the inner side of standard carbon parts. In dry carbon, the fibreglass is replaced by a carbon layer. As a result, the parts are significantly lighter and at the same time stronger.
